Check how reputable your chosen foam supplier is.

Make sure you check their VAT status before you buy if they are telling you “All price include VAT.” At least one of our largest competitors claim all prices include VAT, when it fact they are not even registered for VAT. If you come across them and your emailed invoice does not contain a vat registration number please report them.

We check our prices everyday against our competitors. In the unlikely event that there is a competitor offering the same product, then we’ll match it. No quibble.

Criteria For Price Match

The product on our competitor’s site is identical to one we sell. We can check the offer on the competitor’s website.

How to claim:

If you have found a cheaper price from one of our competitors and it meets the above criteria, please give us a call on 0845 3665824. When you call you will be asked for the following;

  • The product brand, or the grade of foam.
  • The competitor’s price.
  • The website address or the internet site offering a better price (NOT a price comparison site).

If we can confirm that one of our listed competitors are offering the same product cheaper, we will match that price + 2.5% discount (please note we price match the price of the product excluding delivery).

The offer is not transferable, you must purchase the product on the same day that we offer to match a competitor’s price. We can only match prices for one of each product per customer and prices of bulk purchases are not included.
