To get the best possible fit you need a Foam and Dacron combo cushion . The foam offers the support the Dacron provides the fullness required to fill the covers correctly. 

Step #1 Measuring:

Please take a note of the measurements between the seems length, width & thickness. You can enter the sizes in inches or centimeters. These can be entered in to Instant Quote calculator on the home page once you have chosen the shape you require . 

Step #2 Foam Type:

We recommend: Premium Reflex 40H
Grade: R40H/180
Density: 40 kg per cu/m (Medium /High)
Firmness: 180n (Medium Firm)
Colour: Grey
Properties: Flame Retardant, Melamine Free
Rating: “v” Heavy domestic & Contract Grade

PREMIUM LUXURIOUS GRADE OF FOAM SIMPLY THE BEST FOAM ON THE MARKET TODAY ESPECIALY IF YOU ARE REPLACING FEATHER OR FIBRE DEEP FILL CUSHIONS GIVEN CONSTANT USAGE.

Step #3 Avoiding a common mistake:

The most common mistake that the customer usually makes is to assume that the thickness of the boarder on the cushion cover is the finished thickness of the cushion. Our rule is as follows:

MATCH THE THICKNESS OF THE FOAM TO THE BORDER WIDTH OF THE COVER THEN ADD 12 OZ DACRON.
